Here are the steps to resolve this issue, if it happens again....

1.  Click on Apple Icon ( in top left hand corner of screen )

2.  Click on "System Preferences"

3.  Click on "Security & Privacy" - 

(If this is greyed out and you can not click this, let us know when opening a support ticket that it is greyed out)

4.  Select the "Privacy" Tab. There should be a gold lock icon in bottom left corner of the window that pops up. Click on that lock icon, and when it asks for a password, enter the password you use to login to your Macbook.

5.  Look for the Chrome icon and put a check mark in the box next to it.

6.  Click on the Lock icon in the bottom left corner, to set it back to locked.

7.  Close out the System preferences windows, and thats it, you should be back to normal.
