If your Sharp Panel is showing the 'No Signal' message, here are some step to try before opening a support ticket:




1.  Ensure the Smart Panel is on the correct HDMI input. Switch between the different inputs to see if maybe someone changed it from the correct HDMI input.

2.  Ensure the HDMI cable is plugged in fully on the chromebox and into the HDMI port on the panel.

3.  Power off the Panel fully, even if you have tried this before. Lets try it one more time please!

4.  Hold down the power button on the Chromebook (even if you did this before, lets do it one more time please) until the chromebox powers off. You will know it powered off because the light on th power button will go off. Wait 60 seconds

5. Press the power button and release on the chromebox to power it back on.

6.  If you are on the corect HDMI input you should now get the chromebox screen to show up after a few moments.
